ESDA Training Centre

Skills are in high demand in the South African economy, creating opportunities for companies that offer training and education services. Enter ESDA Academy, which was established in 2006 as a small start-up with an impressive vision - to train and up-skill young South Africans to become qualified artisans. Since their humble beginnings, ESDA has trained 42,000 students in the last 12 years. The goal was to develop a sustainable model appropriate for the South African context, and one which would serve a variety of needs and skill sets. The training centres have been developed as a modular system, allowing the centre to grow as demands increase. In collaboration with Living Planet Architects, who have been involved with socially responsible projects since its inception, ESDA aims to offer the best possible training centres to uplift the community.
